Welcome to Yeti Dog Chew. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yeti.pet and purchases made from Yeti Corporation.

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

In these Terms, “Yeti Dog Chew,” “Yeti Corporation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yeti Corporation. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Your Account

You may be able to create an account or complete a purchase as a guest.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity associated with your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or terminate access to an account when we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Our Products

Yeti Dog Chew sells pet treats, chews, toys, and related products intended for dogs.

Yeti Dog Chews

Our Original Yeti Dog Chews are made from yak milk, cow milk, and lime juice and contain no added salt.

Yeti Dog Chews are handmade natural products. Differences in color, size, shape, weight, texture, hardness, and surface appearance may occur naturally and are not necessarily defects.

Our chews are treats and are not intended to replace a complete and balanced diet.

Safe Use

Yeti Dog Chews are hard chews and may not be appropriate for every dog. Senior dogs, extremely aggressive chewers, and dogs with existing dental problems may have a greater risk of damaging a tooth on a hard chew.

Always supervise your dog while using our products and choose a product appropriate for your dog's size and chewing behavior.

Regularly inspect chews and toys during use. Remove any product that becomes damaged, develops unsafe or sharp pieces, or becomes small enough to swallow.

When a Yeti Dog Chew becomes small enough to swallow, remove the leftover end piece from your dog.

The leftover end piece may be puffed in the microwave. Begin with approximately 60 seconds and, if necessary, continue in 30-second increments, without exceeding 3 minutes total. Microwave wattages and the size of the leftover end piece vary. Allow the puff to cool completely and check its temperature before giving it to your dog.

Yeti Nuggets

Yeti Nuggets must be puffed before being given to a dog.

Do not give an unpuffed Yeti Nugget directly to your dog. Unpuffed Nuggets are hard and may present a choking hazard.

Yeti Nuggets may be puffed on their own or used as directed with a compatible Yeti Puff & Play toy.

Puff & Play Toys

Puff & Play toys are interactive enrichment and treat-dispensing toys. They are not indestructible chew toys.

Always follow the instructions provided with the product, supervise your dog during use, and remove a toy if it becomes damaged or pieces begin to break off.

Health and Veterinary Information

Information provided on our website is for general product and educational purposes and is not veterinary or medical advice.

If your dog has dental problems, food allergies, dietary restrictions, health conditions, or other special needs, consult your veterinarian before introducing a new chew, treat, or toy.

5. Pricing and Transparency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed or calculated during checkout.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, product-description, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding the available options, including cancellation and an applicable refund.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it.

After an order is submitted, you should receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we received your order.

Orders remain subject to payment verification, product availability, fraud review, and other applicable order-processing requirements.

7. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Inaccurate or incomplete order information
• Suspected unauthorized commercial resale

• Circumstances in which fulfilling the order would violate applicable law

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has started.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and our regular Return & Refund Policy applies.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other supported payment options.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Our business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, destination, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping methods, rates, tracking information, address changes, delayed or lost packages, and other delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

Edible products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a standard return.

Prior authorization is required before sending a return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not provide a separate product warranty beyond the remedies described in our Return & Refund Policy and any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Specific promotions may have their own eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or other terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

• Have no cash value; and

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion when we reasonably believe it has been obtained, distributed, or used fraudulently or contrary to the promotion's terms.

If you voluntarily submit photos, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content directly to Yeti Dog Chew for publication or promotional use, you represent that you have the right to share that content.

Where you give us permission to use submitted content, you grant Yeti Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and use that content for the purposes communicated to you.

We may remove customer content from our website or channels when appropriate.

16. Reviews

Where reviews are available, customers may share their experiences with our products.

We may moderate or remove content that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, threatening, unrelated to the product, contains prohibited personal information, or otherwise violates our policies.

We do not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion about a product.
